Amazing food and good service. We were group of five. We ordered 2 starters, 2 pastas(which they only have 2 types of pasta ) 2 meat and 2 homemade lemon tiramisu. The meat were beef ribs, filet and sirloin. All delicious tiramisu was so refreshing. Overall the experience is great.

Mucca is hands-down my favorite restaurant in Little Italy. The moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a warm, intimate atmosphere and a friendly, attentive staff that instantly makes you feel like part of the family. One of the things I love most about Mucca is their commitment to using only fresh, seasonal ingredients. Their menu changes a little weekly, so there’s always something new and exciting to try. Every bite is a testament to the quality and care they put into their food. A highlight for me is their house-made ice cream—it’s absolutely divine and the perfect way to finish any meal. For the best experience, I highly recommend choosing the tasting menu. It’s the perfect way to explore a variety of their standout dishes. Mucca is the perfect spot for any occasion, and it’s a restaurant I can’t recommend enough. It’s a true gem in Little Italy!

We will be talking about our dinner at Mucca for a long time! Culinary experience was perfectly executed and the service was top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed the Chef’s Tasting Menu and the Bordeaux. Mucca easily became one of my favorite restaurants! If you are in the area and are looking for a special treat, this is your place!

An easy recommendation! One of the very best spots in Montreal. Great atmosphere, top notch service and most importantly fantastic food. Home grown cuisine with an elevated twist. Just like nonna made it...but better! Do not miss this gem Big thank you to Karine and Pasquale

Absolutely incredible experience at Mucca! This Italian steakhouse completely exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing — every bite was bursting with flavor and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The steak was perfectly cooked and paired beautifully with traditional Italian sides. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mucca in Montreal, and what a delight it was. As our server graciously informed us, the menu changes every few weeks—so while our experience may not be replicated dish for dish, the artistry and care are unmistakably constant. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with low lighting and modern decor that feels both intimate and stylish. We were seated at the bar, which, while visually elegant, lacked a footrest, leading us to improvise a solution for comfort. Though there were no sugar-free beverage options, the bar staff excelled in their craft. My cocktail, infused with rosemary, was impeccably balanced—refreshing and sophisticated. We ordered all five appetizers and were not disappointed. The charcuterie board featured perfectly cured meats with crispy onions. The carpaccio was fresh and flavorful, with a bold tuna-mayo sauce. The salad was light, with bright orange segments; a few more would’ve been welcome. The burrata with fig sauce was divine—creamy, fresh, and well-balanced. The polenta, while well-cooked, could have benefited from a more vibrant sauce. Fresh, warm bread was served alongside, and it was simply outstanding—pillowy inside with a perfect crust. For the main course, we enjoyed the Strascinati di Cascia—house-made pasta with sausage and a rich, satisfying sauce. A rustic dish executed with elegance. We then sampled every dessert. The apple strudel gelato and mint lemon gelato were fresh and bright. The citrus tiramisu was inventive and refreshing. The risotto cake with amaretto crumble was a hit at our table, and while the chocolate sausage wasn’t quite to my taste, it was certainly unique. Despite being busy, the staff were attentive and gracious throughout. Their poise and professionalism matched the caliber of the food. In short: Mucca offers a dynamic, evolving menu with beautifully prepared dishes, thoughtful service, and an atmosphere perfect for a memorable evening. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Montreal.

A gem in Little Italy: Bold, seasonal, delicious food on a regularly changing menu, with exceptional service. The menu is inspired, from the creative small plates (anchovy ricotta! Haskap compote!), the tender housemade pastas, and the incredible desserts (the lemon tiramisu and housemade gelatos are a must). Every time I visit, the menu is different, but the quality and inspiration remains consistent. Then there's the beef, where this small restaurant in Little Italy is one of the few in Montreal to sell steaks by breed as well as cut (not to mention that they're dry-aged in house). The steaks are cooked to perfection, tender, and deeply flavourful. Karine is a ray of sunshine, running front of house, drinks, and who I've run into buying crates of sea urchin at the Jean-Talon Market. They manage to do it all. I cannot recommend Mucca more. --- After 3 years of dining here, Mucca remains my go-to when people ask me to recommend: -"the best steak and a wine list to match" -"the best pasta" -"a cute spot for date night" -"somewhere to take my parents for their birthday where it should feel fancy without being stodgy and make them feel special" -"dinner with a few coworkers"

Great service and ambience. The porterhouse steak was great and the generous amount of zest in the tiramisu was awesome as well, really made the flavor pops. Will definitely come back
